Nov 25th 1999 MPSA Linux i386 binaries now available

MPSA is a stand-alone software package for protein sequence analysis with a high integration level and Web client/server capabilities. It provides many methods and tools, which are integrated into an interactive graphical user interface.

MPSA is able to connect to a Web server (e.g. Network Protein Sequence Analysis) in order to perform large-scale sequence comparison on up-to-date databanks.

MPSA is a window-based user interface available on UNIX-like operating system (tested on GNU/Linux, IRIX 5.xx 6.xx, AIX 4.xx) and on Macintosh.
